The last week of the Hello Cupcake series ended with Shark Attack cupcakes. These were fun to make but defiantly were a challenge. The biggest challenge was getting the Twinkie to stay upright properly and I couldn't find thin enough wafer cookies so the ones I ended up with were a little too heavy.
